  • Refunds are only granted if the license key provided is invalid or cannot be activated.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Purchases made by mistake or for the wrong product.
  • Issues caused by the customer’s device or software incompatibility.
  • Orders delivered successfully and working as intended.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number and date of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the issue, including screenshots if applicable.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
